Hello DIY-ers!

Welcome to Fig and Myrtle! I’m so happy you’ve found our little corner of the internet.

The idea of opening a shop to sell handmade goods started when we made the decision to relocate to the Boston area. We decided to combine my husband’s design skills and my love of simple illustrations and gift ideas to share with you all. We quickly realized what we truly loved creating was practical gifts for the special occasions that mark our spiritual progress. We decided to open up a little “market” to sell our goods in 2019 on Etsy. Thus, Fig & Myrtle Market was born.

As our service expanded, we decided to close our Etsy shop and instead, open our own little website. Why? We love our brothers and sisters so much but on Etsy the charges add up to you and us. Hopefully this way we will make it more affordable for you to give gifts and more fun for us to provide art that you enjoy.

The other reason, was so that we could provide art for you to use in your own way – we can all be creative. Sometimes all we need is a little help to get us started. Hopefully, these easy downloads will inspire you as you have fun creating your own gifts at home.
